Recreational or fishing vessels can operate for many, many years. But performance and safety may decrease with use, especially compared to newer versions.

The enhancement of the boat, increased safety and enjoyment of use, coupled with the preservation of a vintage aesthetic are the main motivations for an upgrade.

Ostium works with the owner or shipyard to electronically update control, navigation, communication and entertainment features. We spend time listening and understanding customer requirements. We install sensors for parameter monitoring, making the information available at a center console or elsewhere on the boat, replacing analog with digital instrumentation.

Once again, Ostium does not have a generalist solution. Everything is custom made, respecting the mechanics and design, in tune with each client.
