Customer challenge:

Remote monitoring and control of wastewater treatment rooms (in WWTP). Parameters to be monitored: temperature, relative humidity and toxic hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S). Automated control of mechanical ventilation.

Ostium solution:

Central system with PC.
Master-Slave control system via RS485 and RF.
Satellite system with 3 sensors: temperature, humidity, H2S.
Satellite system with actuating output voltage: 0-10V.

Development of satellite system resistant to high corrosion and toxicity environment.
Hazardous environment installation (ATEX).
Hardware / firmware developed from scratch.
